Feb. 29th, 2008 10:52 amI'm up, awake, dressed, and eating breakfast.
This state already bumped into several problems.
Like the way I seem to have run out of trousers. I finally found a pair that aren't in the wash already, but they're made of weird fabric and I think I Do Not Like. I've got to wear them today, but I strongly suspect they're going in the charity bag when I get back. I have two other pairs in the charity bag already because the pattern just got to be too much. The fabric on them is nice though. I might end up swapping. One of them is the same type as murder victim on the right in Torchwood 1-08 wore. But without the blood.
Then there's the 'start the day with a painkiller' issues. My mouth feels like someone jabbed it with a needle then stuck a drill in there. Which, you know, happened. It'll calm down. But my mouth also only fits together properly if I make that face you make at the dentist, that combination of 'worried!' and 'I can't feel that side anyway'. Anywhere else and it feels like I've got some food stuck under my tooth. Makes me grumpy.
But hey, up, dressed, nearly ready to go. Call that a win.
I think I had 7 hours sleep. Maybe. Does it count when you wake up but think sleepy thoughts?
