Things I need to find out for to write the latest fic bunnies

Exact wordings needed:

bunny the first needs to know exactly what a police officer in Cardiff would say when arresting somebody for rape. And a bit about what would happen next, and how Andy could plausibly be there when someone is getting locked up - would he need to be bringing in some arrested person at the same time? Could he be hanging around? And then I need to know a bit about exact definitions and possible sentences and conviction rates. Urgh. That'll be fun to look up.

bunny the second needs medical words for what a man with a newly female body would need done to get back to male body, near as can be with current tech. I know some words about it, but I need the multi syllable this guy does this for a living words. But I'm vaguely worried about looking them up cause it involves surgery and I fear pictures. Insides should not be visible.

If I watched police shows or hospital shows I'd know more of the relevant words. But I don't. I watch science fiction and fantasy, where mostly we make stuff up as we go along. But in both bunnies the made up stuff has caused the problem, and the plain old ordinary earth stuff is having to deal with it. So.

sometimes even the depressing bunnies are more fun than real life.

I can help with medical stuff, but yes, you're right, surgery would be involved and female to male surgery is not always that effective as certain bits can tend not to be fully functional. LMK exactly what you're needing and I'll tell you or point you in the right direction (without pictures).

The police officer would say, "[Name], I am arresting you on suspicion of rape [or: of raping [woman's name]]. You do not have to say anything unless you wish to do so, but it may harm your defence if you do not mention when questioned something which you later rely on in court. Anything you do say may be taken down and used in evidence." The officer would then have a duty to take the detainee to the nearest police station as soon as possible. On arriving at the police station, the custody officer would take down their name, address and reason for the arrest, log and take custody of all their personal possessions and anything they might use to harm themselves. This is usually done at a desk near the cells, so Andy could easily be present for this if he had been chatting to the custody officer or was on his way to/from the cells for some reason. The detainee would then be taken to an interview room or put in a cell if the investigating officers were not yet ready to do the interview. If they seemed ill, a doctor might be called. The interview would normally be tape-recorded.

I would think among the things the man in your second example would need would be a phalloplasty to create a new penis and a mastectomy to get rid of the breasts. It's also possible to have things like facial surgery to alter the shape of the jaw and cheekbones, vocal cord surgery to change the pitch of the voice, and I think it might be possible surgery to re-create an Adam's apple, but I don't know the technical terminology for those.
