Sep. 19th, 2008 04:40 pmToday I have mostly been: Colorcoding my timetables.
Because this is an essential part of my cognitive process and general preparedness.
Actually today I have mostly been asleep. I woke up at 1000 to get a parcel (from Big Finish, very promising) and checked my email and read my f-list and read a fic that was very good and went to read on a more comfortable surface and woke up at 1600. *sigh*
By next week I have to have an actual fully fledged routine. Oh dear.
I haven't listened to the audios yet. I made a rule that when I listen I have to tidy up. I thought this was a good rule cause I really want to listen. But now it turns out I really don't want to tidy up. So neither happens. *headdesk*
I've got all the school things on the computer timetable, I think. Unless they change them again. And I've got all the timesheet days on there. And the cleaner day, though not the cleaner time, because nobody told me that.
I need to make a really detailed timetable that bugs me about waking up in the morning and eating breakfast and stuff. Then I can have a brief moment of guilt when I eventually use my laptop and get remindered.
I also actually do need to look up bus timetables again. I think they haven't changed the X1 but if they have and I miss it I have big domino days. I guess I'll go get one on the way to the student bus next Tuesday? Or on the way out the bus station. That'll work better. I am not great at keeping more than one step in the to do list in my head at once, nor remembering exceptions. Hence the shiny colorful timetable.
Oddly, 'tell the internets all about it' is never a timetabled item, yet I remember that all the time.
