Doctor Who: The Condemned

6 and Charley
I already listened to The Doomwood Curse. It was the one I bought when I gave up on figuring out where to start. So I was wondering how they started.
On accident and with very little time spent together is how. It wasn't the focus at all. Which was good.
The focus was the plot. Lovely twisty locked room mystery. I'm going to enjoy listening to this one again. It never did what I expected, so now I know I'll be able to go back and see how it did it. And it was a very Doctor Who answer while being a proper police drama too. Well, proper by the standards of something like Blood Ties, where the police meet the mystery and find it a bit beyond their normal parameters. I don't much watch the other sort. But this one had a proper heart and not just a gimmick, people were doing things for recogniseable motives just with extraordinary means. It's fun.
I also did a whole ton of tidying up. I has a floor! I'd forgotten! It turns out to be blue. ;-) I can sit on my other chair, which usually has all my coats and bags on. and I packed up more stuff for the charity shop. It's now down to things I like but never wear, because they don't fit. I still have a half dozen things that I still can't send away even though I don't wear them. Shiny! Silky! Velvet! I keep thinking they'd fit fine if I laced them up the back or something... Anyway, they fit neatly in a stack rather than being all over everywhere, so they're tidy too. I shall take the large bag to whichever charity place seems shiny tomorrow.
I also tidied bits of paper into the correct sections of the folder, and other bits of paper into a bin bag.
And I've got my wardrobe sorted out so it's all clear and empty.
Next I has to put laundry in it to hang up and dry.
But it's looking very tidy right now.
After that I think I want a lie down.
Tired!
