I know everyone wants a whole seat to themselves on the bus, but sitting sideways with your feet up is an impolite way to do it. Doing this on the post 5pm rush hour bus is really impolite. And continuing to keep your feet up when you are the last seat on the bus needs a new word.
I had to wave my hand in front of their face a lot. They was reading. I would have sat elsewhere if there was an elsewhere.
Two people who got on later had to remain standing. I didn't think standing was allowed any more because there's that sign that says everyone must put their seatbelts on. I know as far as I can tell I'm the only one that does but my point is if there's a rule about seatbelts it doesn't match with standing people.
On the 'good people' side the guy at Burger King who decided that 1p too little was near enough was being nice. But to get a student discount at Burger King you don't just have to show your student card like in every other shop, you actually have to hand it over, where they write down your full number, print your name, and get you to sign it. Most involved discount ever. But since I didn't have the 1p let alone the other 10%... :eyeroll:
(I had fries. I had a craving. I realise they're horribly overpriced and not even all that tasty but sometimes you just want something really specific right exactly now.)
