Is not "I set all this up"
... dead of stupid. *facepalm*
There are times when concise and accurate communication is really really important.
Also, when an armed man is telling you to stay still, it really doesn't matter if two years ago you wereshagging friends.
Have now watched all of Blakes 7.
Have my usual reaction of finding it all highly amusing right up until the last minute. Then it's not funny at all. :-(
... until I remember watching on UK Gold when they had it on permanent repeat. I can't figure which is funnier, "Blakes 7 will take a break next week", because duh, or "Blakes 7 will be back next week", because how?
I think if I write a space dystopia I want to end it earlier. I mean, it'll probably all go Horribly Wrong, but do we have to watch it? We could stop it like Serenity, telling the worlds, can't stop the signal. And then pretend it'll make a difference.
I don't know. All the choices in the universe, and do I believe we'll be happy and shiny and Star Trek Federation saving the day a lot? Or do I believe that, somehow, we'll manage to make just as much of a mess on a larger scale?
Clearly I need to watch some antidote.
What shall I watch next?
Actually clearly I need to do my modernism essay, but... well, for the last essay I had a plan consisting of three names and a word. This time? Not even.
I forsee much viewing of DVDs in my future.
Also I really need to write another script. Just to prove the first one wasn't a fluke. Sometimes I think all the stories fell out already.
... I'm possibly just a teensy bit depressed. :eyeroll:
