Window pretty and clean

I cleaned the window and the windowsill. The window went all streaky and I decided it didn't matter because I was about to cover it with pretty. But everything is clean now, or thrown away, since the large supply of felt tip pens I'd left on the windowsill of years was history. I put up the pretty cloth again, which is also pretty at night because there's little mirrors on it, though my house does tend to the gloomy. I think my lightbulb needs to be a bit better. Anyway, pretty cloth is up. With blu tack. Which isn't going to work very long. I need a thing that makes curtains stay up. I have a hammer and some little nails, but I feel that lacks a certain elegance. Or possibly sanity.

Also in the window I put some necklaces and some tree ornaments so there is pretty shiny patterns. They were mostly hanging in the other room but I realised I spend much more time staring at this window.

All this took hours and hours. I listened to a couple hours of radio play while I worked.
Also I kinda headbutted one of the spikier ornaments, but one has to suffer for one's art...
