It fits! In the chest area! Erm, if I arrange it carefully and stand up straight. Otherwise it needs me to be about an inch perkier than I've been for quite some time now.
And it's really quite cute, with buttons and shoulder straps and being bright red.
In the warmth department though it is utterly, utterly useless. How useless? I'm wearing it indoors with the heaters on and I'm still cold. It is not as warm as the three cardigans I've been wearing. And if I wear those three cardigans, it will no longer fit.
Botheration. I seem to have bought a summer coat.
*stares at the snow*
But it is a cute summer coat of cuteness, so I shall possibly keep it.
It's just the price that's bothering me. I mean it only cost as much as three bras, but that isn't cheap. Mind you, a lot more people will get to see it.
I will get changed and hang it up somewhere.
My row of coats that need hanging up could usefully go in the closet, except then I'd have nowhere to hang things as they dry.
