Neither awake nor asleep appeal

beccaelizabethFirst I couldn't get to sleep, and then it was like ten this morning, and then I got to sleep and sleepy me decided that the alarm clock wasn't all that important even if the food shops do close already on Sunday.
Then I dreamed something that was a combination of Dollhouse and Aliens, where Ripley and a bunch of marines had hard drives in their guns for backups, so when they all woke up in the house where I was a teenager (except on a beach) they just figured they'd been restored from backup copies, oops, dead. But the copies had been tweaked before use. As they slowly saw through their conditioning they realised they'd been rebuilt by the aliens, with cues built in that would make them get fit and healthy and tasty and then line up meekly for use. I woke up just when Ripley and I were all shut in the room at the end of the garden trying to keep the aliens out, and then we looked up, and saw through the illusions, and a whole lot of toothy grins met us.
Going back to sleep? Not my most favourite idea right now.
Even though I've had like 5 hours sleep.
And have to go to college tomorrow.
