Someone on the street outside is being incredibly antisocial and rolling along slowly honking their horn for many many seconds in a row.
It doesn't sound like a 'get out the way' beep, plus it's quarter to four so I can't think of much that would be in the way but then there's a car so there could be other stuff.
I can't see it cause of corners but I don't think it's in trouble cause it's going away.
just loud.

when everyone has their windows open cause it's the only time of day it drops below 18C.
