Went to college. College closed.

Power cut made college be closed but only after we did our lesson with no power. Which is a little bit difficult when the intended lesson was about Shakespeare in Love and assorted music videos. Instead there was more talking and bits of paper and talking about Romeus and Juliet and stuff.
... I hope my notes are more precise than 'and stuff' but I have a whacking great headache. I just took a painkiller and a bread roll. The sun is very bright today, though it's still very cold. And my routines were all turned about. College had no power, which means the food and drink dispensers had no power. I didn't go looking for food on campus because the bloke had gone around saying college was closed and approximately four thousand people were leaving through three gates. Probably there was no food cause it was dark and cookers need electricity. The library also lacked computers and the capacity to give out books and DVDs. I could not eat lunch and go to the library. sulk.
So I walked into town to get good eatings there and discovered the pasty shop has permanently stopped making my good eatings vegetable provencal pastie. I tried the wholemeal vegetable again but it's nothingy mixed with ucky. Sulk sulk.

I went to the TV and Movie store and they said it was well timed cause the stock had just arrived that hour :-)
I have Mara Tales and the two new Torchwood audio books, set when Ianto is still alive.

I can do listening on the way to college, if I remember to rip them to my listening device by Thursday.

Now I'm going to sit here until I'm sure the painkiller will stay down and then I'm going to bed.
