BFA Jenny

I know it's a tall order to create from scratch a character whose distinguishing characteristic is she's born yesterday
but
I have listened to two discs of these Jenny the Doctor's Daughter stories
and already they gave her amnesia.

She has like a couple weeks of memories to lose, why even do that?
Also there was a Clue thqt relied on her being out of character, but since she doesnt have a character yet, that's... tricky.
And her knowledge base is wildly uneven, so you will be surprised by what she does and doesn't know, every time.

not wowed so far.

But the adventures are kind of fun?
But the kind of fun that, like, kills everyone around her, starting with very ordinary people in an ordinary street, so that seems a bit much.
So I dont know what tone they're going for, because relentlessly cheerful murder baby with almost no context but a first instinct to grab a weapon is going to be a tough one to find a tone for.

I don't know, I'll listen to the other discs in a bit, but nothing has grabbed me so far.

Just made me realise it's a tricky brief.

I have a feeling that is like hungry but for some kind of thinking.
It is not Bored because the book I'm reading is interesting and the audios were nice
but there is Something that they are not, and I want to think it like I want to be eating an apple right now.

... but as per usual I have bananas and donlt know what the Something even is, so...
