I dreamed a room was for sale seperately from the rest of the building it was part of.

It was sticking half out of the side of a big bland building that would guarantee many people being around, and it was some complicated shape like with 8 or 12 sides.

In the dream I expected it to cost £3,000 but on close examination it was for sale for £30,000.

Which seemed like a lot.

So half asleep I wondered why the original owners wouldnt want it, and what could be in there worth that much money.

Awake my answer is like a cafe or something, or classes being part of the sale, some business as a going concern. But half asleep I was thinking mystical portal and/or summoning circle. You could fit some really pretty stuff in a multi sided room with a big flat customiseable floor.




I also dreamed that I was back at my old school in order to retrieve what might be the last vhs copies of a bunch of seasons of tv show in existence. The first three seasons I actually have on dvd, so it was the vhsness itself that needed museum preservation, but while I was there I found tapes of all sorts of things I'd only half heard of, or never heard of. Like crossover episodes or spin offs or australian tv that a friend of a friend reckoned they watched as a tiny.

Also they were pumping all the air out of the room and I couldnt catch my breath.

I dont think I like this weather at all.



So now I'm wondering what kind of magic room would be built in to an elder care facility and why the new owners would sell it
and I'm also speculating about what crossovers should really be filmed.

So that's fun.

Leo Snart

Leo just left the Waverider on my Legends of Tomorrow rewatch
and this time I am less pleased about him than I remember.

It is still great that he got to play a gay superhero. He gets to kiss the guy and go home to marry him and say he's gay. That's all great.

I just am not so keen on how he was mostly there for a joke, with the puppet, or raising an important thing just to dismiss it, with Mick drinking, or getting assaulted and threatened with Very Bad Things in the asylum run by demon worshippers.

He doesnt get to change things for the better. He did save Mick's life and show how to hurt the Darks, but he hands his gun off so easily kind of like to demonstrate they dont need the wielder?

It's like he's there to show us we wouldnt want that version of Snart after all. Which is boo.

I realise we weren't getting to keep him, but I still like this less well than I recall.


... also today is Too Warm and I am grumpy. Not sure how much that's making my opinion.



I did like Amaya reaching out to her family and how the show remains emotionally complex about grief and guilt at the same time as being all... Beebo.

Lots of good stuff and lots of stuff only Legends would do.


But Leo could have been better thought through, imho.
