Today's DW BFA: The Harvest

Also, it is 2021. 12th October.

Which from 2004 when this was released was significantly futuristic.

But it does lead to some weird temporal vertigo, listening to it now.

Hex as a new companion rather helps with that feeling I was having of not quite knowing what has happened with Ace. Because Hex doesnt know, and everyone keeps explaining things to him, though so far he's still at the "Oh My God" phase of stepping into the TARDIS. So now we've got an identification guy and an alternative to As You Know.

Also this is set at a hospital, and Hex is a nurse, so you can hear that he is hearing and reacting to 'Doctor' kind of different to Ace and her Professor habit. But the Doctor got himself in disguised as someone with a cleaning cart, which seems to be more his habit.

And then there's the adventure, which is excellent, and the kind of thing where *not* finding someone in the morgue just confirms the Horrible Suspicions.

So this was good listening.
