James Bond and metallic dragons

Just had a dream with James Bond in
where I had popped over to my property on another planet for a while because my house was full of relatives here
and I took my old typewriter there because their tech level is a bit medieval but they can copy mechanical things real well.

James Bond was in the local village already, and they were waiting for me and my healing magic to begin an experiment. I got set at touch range and they injected Bond with a poison that the village had been exposed to. Then they took samples to see what it was doing, while I kept doing Restoration on his Constitution, and told him I could do Neutralise Poison whenever he said the word.

He said word word word.

And the experiment was done.

So I told them I'd just spent an epic shit ton of diamonds on this and would rather like to know why
so they showed me villagers
in varying stages of transformation.

I've just been readin Seanan McGuire's InCryptid series, wherein cryptid dragon blood is a mutagen that turns humans into servitors, scaly humanoids with claws and tails. So I know where my dream got this from.

The villagers were quite proud of having fought and won vs a terrible dragon, but were vague about the details of what it had done to them first. Be a dragon, possibly.

But the locals were turning into *metallic* dragons. Possibly even silver.
... possibly aluminium, possibly silver latex, you know how FX makeup be.

So Bond and I set out into the mountains to see the site of this battle
and found a sort of dull looking tarnished or aluminium oxided silver dragon.

I reached out to see if I could healing spell it but Bond stopped me first because poison.
... good call...

So I got my best cleaning spell out
the one that only exists in GURPS supplements
possibly the artillery spells one
because it is an area effect spell
that might remove mould and slime and poison
but will also scour your average sized rat from existence.

Worked a treat on dead dragon, and made it all shiny too.


I don't think we raised the dragon from the dead before I woke up.

I got distracted by Bond reading my spellbook over my shoulder.

I explained to him I was fine with being spied on
because of course I was too powerful to just not spy on.


... possibly this large a whopper of a claim is when I ended up awake and with a headache instead.


Ah well.




Interesting starter idea anyway.
