90s doesn't seem that long ago (until I look at the calendar)

I was trying to distract me after all that disability research, cause I always spiral into 'times I've been most notably disabled' and it's no fun.

Channel hopping I find a radio channel that has the Good Music
... and stay long enough to find I'm listening to 90s Hour.
*facepalm*

So now I'm (a) embarrassed, cause I'm no longer a radio 1 person, I'm an oldies channel and (b) having embarrassment flashback to high school.
... I don't know if flashback is the right word. Vivid sensory detail on all the times teenage me was... well, teenage, in public even. Summer term and the added heat of going bright red from Oh Noes.

*sigh*

Then I turn on the internet and there are Cute Kitten Pictures!
*big grins*


Oh no, now the radio is asking 'if you had a time machine what advice would you give younger you'
now I feel sick and ... *changes channel* I know they're only trying to be cute but *shudders*

The worst bit is 90s me wouldn't have listened any quicker or been able to act any better for being told.

See this is why I need a music collection. Radio goes from cool to sick feelings at uncontrollable intervals. Except I've spent all my entertainment budget on Doctor Who audios for quite some time now. And I can't listen to them in the bath cause I miss bits of the plot.

Great, now I've run out of radio channels I haven't already decided suck tonight.
