Achieved

Since yesterday I have
done the laundry
twice
including at least half the things I'd run out of and needed
and including the drying and putting away
plus
ran the dishwasher
and put all that away
and then did Cleaner Day
so I think I did pretty good at today.

... since yesterday I did Not get any sleep yet, so that's not ideal.
... got distracted. Listened to four Doctor Who audios and played a WotR DLC while working through the To Do list. Realised it was morning only when it was in fact lunch.

But still, did pretty good at today.
