Good thing: they fixed the website so it actually shows me my email
instead of saying my password is wrong and I'm probably not human.

Not so much good thing: When I email myself I end up in the junk mail. And there's no way to whitelist or mark as not junk. *headdesk*

Microsoft. Why?

So now I'm fwding everything back to my college email that college decided to delete over the summer holidays when none of the higher ed students would have had a reason to check their email except that I randomly did.

I am keeping the email records of my Accreditation of Prior Learning credits approval because it's the only 'paperwork' I have on them. Same with all the extensions and the rescheduled exams. I never get a piece of paper to say they were approved, I get an email. And then college deleted all the emails.

Helpful.

Also missing? The grades / credits from the first three years of my course. Because they changed the course code last year and they changed how things display this year so *boom*, away with all the units and grades and stuff I did before that. And hey, who really needs that stuff anyway? It's not like they add it all up to make your degree. Except, oh, wait, yes it is.

And no, our teachers can't usually get better access. In fact due to enrolment cockups our teachers frequently can't get access at all.

My calm is not enhanced by this time of year. I realise the college has to deal with all this times a bazillion students, but, still, my calm is stretched like clingfilm, or possibly blu tac.

*does breathing*

Okay, back to fwding myself things that shouldn't have been deleted in the first place.
