beccaelizabethThere were bits of this I quite liked. Lots of running around and nearly getting killed and evil corporations getting their just deserts. Desserts? I can never remember which way around those go. ANYway, I quite liked the space battles and running and things going boom parts. And the Doctor ending up at an eternal cricket match makes a certain kind of sense. And it was very surprising in the middle there, nice cliffhanger stuff, sort of. ... a cliffhanger when you know the only possible answer is less of a cliffhanger really.
I did not like that there were evil cackling witches of evil necromancy and did we mention evil? By the end you found out they had a pretty good reason to be fierce, but they was still evil and cackling and witches. I could do without more evil witches. In general.
Also I finished listening to BFA 4 Land of the Dead, but all I can rightly say about that one is I need to listen to it again when my ear is working properly. I heard enough of it to follow the plot but not enough to know if I liked it. Earache sucks.
