beccaelizabethI started trying to get caught up on my f-list and then got linked to
awesome gorgeous dice sets
and that's just one shop, there's bazillions of other dice on there.
Shapeways print your own objects. Including many of interest to SF geeks. Though some of the ones I found, Stargates and Star Trek symbols, I read on their forum and the maker seems to think they're not illegal cause he's just copying symbols not making prop replicas. Er, yeah, not quite how it works I think...
There's gorgeous swirly twisty Things on there. And if you can do 3D design you can make them go print your very own Things. I know I seen articles about this sort of thing, but they were all boring furniture or something, they never mentioned dice sets.
