So, I sleeped. Without eating. So the part of yesterday when I, exhausted, dragged out to the shops to buy food, rather than wait until Tesco could deliver today, resulted in me... sleeping 14 hours until Tesco could have delivered.

... next time I start thinking I'm not disabled I think I will refer back to this.
