(no subject)
Jul. 8th, 2005 05:32 pmWent back to sleep
Had long complicated dream, involving the discovery that Only Fools and Horses is in the same universe as Doctor Who.
And then it got strange, possibly because Rodney was wearing a trenchcoat, and we all know what that means - yup, master of the mystic arts right there.
So there was freeing people from slavery by means of getting them on the buses outside school (where I had a little anxiety loop about having to sit English exams without having studied, and knowing I was doing Sociology next year but feeling English was all unfinished. I did in the real world study English Lit for about 3/4 of an A Level, but came away with no paper to show for it. Guess my subconscious has issues about that.)
Anyways, obviously there was no room on the bus for me and a few brave souls fighting the rearguard action, so we had to jump down the furniture, with the assisstance of an electrified trident/garden fork, which was a very cool weapon apart from the way it made my arm numb and tingly every time I used it. And then at the end I had to duck under a really tall desk, and the guy behind me swung a punch (not at me on purpose, some kind of cause and effect of powers that he was really unhappy about really) and he just skimmed his arm under the desk so his skin rolled up like one of those curls of icecream or the bit you take off a pencil with a pencil sharpener. Oddly that hurt a lot, and he needed healing. So I yelled for a healer, but R just stared at me until I remember I could do that. And then I did the healing, which, *gasp* felt all... good and warm, and what is this strange sensation? (I blame LKH for making sex=healing=sex in my subconscious, tho granted music started it). And *then* we had to all get in disguise and elude our persuers until sunrise, and I figured the best way to do that was to wear one of those baggy veils with only an eyeslit, and ride the London Underground all night. But not the dark blue or yellow or green lines, because I'd used them before. And also I had a vague feeling not the pink line neither.
But then someone brought pins to attach a green sheet to be my big veil, but they drove them right into my skull! Which, okay, secure anchor point, but ouch! But they swore that was the correct way to do things. But I was worried because before healing had healed me too. So I told them they had to injure themselves so I could test. Sure I could ask someone else, but no one else had just stuck a big pointy thing in my head. So they did, and I started the healing, and I don't know if it worked but it made me go right out of my skull there and out into the real world here.
You know, assuming this is real.
So then I ate the other half of the chocolate and typed this up.
My brain is a very strange place to be.
