Today: achieved

All today's tasks were achieved.
Granted, today's tasks were 'cleaner day', 'receive delivery food' and 'games', but I did them.
... Fate gets a lot harder on Legendary than I expected. I'm spending a lot of time bounced back three levels for deadness, or running for the portal home so I can get healed. Also the ability of enemies to banish my summoned dudes is really very annoying.
I like Fate because it's simple and doesn't make me travel sick. Most running fighting games make me motion sick. Don't know why. Fate I can live with.
Also I like it because boy and girl characters wear the exact same armour. This is primarily because they're not men and women characters, so girl characters look the same except for wearing a pink shirt and having face options like a pink veil. Also you can turn your pet into things and mine is usually a Dire Unicorn, which is a unicorn that is on fire. Blue fire. So I'm a pretty pink princess with a unicorn sidekick, in nice shiny armour, with a big mace. Right now I'm using the Elven mace which is a bit delicate looking. Some of my characters use hammers, primarily because the hammers are usually bigger than the character, so I'm running around with giant hammer of doooooooom. This is especially good when the character fishes up the bunny ears helmet. You fish for magic items, some days I just sit there doing that for a few hours instead of killing things. The bunny ears helmet I think makes you go faster? I don't actually care. I can has pink bunny ears. My character continued to wear pink bunny ears long past the point it would have made sense to swap for actual armour.
I like the building things games too. I have games that let you build villages and fortresses and go out killing things, but so far they're annoying clunky things that won't do what I tell them to, I haven't found a good one of them. Sometimes I want to string my games together, like to have a character that can go stomp around the dungeon like Fate and then use the proceeds to set up shop like Miriel and then buy a flying ship to go trade for shinier stuff like Tradewinds and then build a fortress and stock it with people and leave them to run the business while I go stomp around dungeons. That used to be easy with tabletop games but on the computer I haven't got one that does all the things. They probably exist. I think all the games I own are meant for childrens anyway, I'm not well versed in what is available in games.
I miss paper RPGs. I ran out of friends though so only the worldbuilding and character creation phases are available to me. Also, I miss the theory of RPGs, not the endless dungeon crawls that were most of what actually happened.
If I move to Norwich I will try and find other humans to game with again. Even if it has been substantial more than a decade. Nooooo problems...
My day has been sort of cheerful. Think I'll go stomp around killing stuff some more.
