More movies
Dec. 29th, 2013 06:25 amBeen awake since midnight, watched 3 films:
Enchanted has an amusing premise, but it was amusing for much less time than it lasted. Watched it mostly on fast forward, was not in whatever would be the right mood.
Megamind I liked. I think. On the one hand, creepy stalker cameraman was the bad guy, underlining that such behaviour is not on. On the other hand, the supervillain who kidnaps the girl a lot gets the girl. Also, he reforms mostly because he wants to get the girl. That's... no. I mean, yeah, start over, be a good guy now, but that doesn't mean people you previously abused will change their minds. So I think I liked it, but I think I'd prefer a gen version.
Up is very good, if you want to cry. If you do not feel like crying you want to watch something else. But as well as the crying parts there were awesome visuals and thrilling heroics and funny bits, so it was very good.
Logically, there are only so many movies one can watch in a lifetime.
But logically, there are only so many things one can do at 0630 on a Sunday morning.
So I may end up watching more.
... *sigh* ...
