I win at Monday
Jan. 26th, 2015 04:40 pmI did the Monday jobs
and then I did additional things that involve going Outside and talking to humans including bank humans.
I like my bank, they're nice and they do like you ask them to before they try and sell you stuff.
It is funny trying to be in queues when everyone is being very British about it. Like, oh are you in the queue? The sitting down queue? I will totally respect your place in the queue! But I was sitting down. No no, it's fine. But I might take a long time? I don't know how long it will take! All after you after you.
And then the manager bloke turned up from out the back and asked to help, so I took my many bits of paper back into the offices. Which is quieter, hence easier to hear, but more intimidating.
I got all the pieces of paper I needed though. And also sorted out which bank things belong to actual current accounts. Which is important.
I now have a neat stack of all the bits of paper I have been asked to bring to a meeting.
That took two photocopy places (technical difficulties) and one bank.
I win.
It was also quite heavy. It's surprising how heavy paperwork gets. I like my backpack.
Now it is 5pm and all done for the day.
:-)
