beccaelizabethToday I actually went on my feet and ordered the bit of furniture I want. They will phone me to arrange delivery. I on accident didn't give my mobile phone number so they'll phone with voices instead of convenient links.
I also took two bags of Stuff to the computer shop to see if it's any sort of useful Stuff. Turns out two wires of it is, the rest is recycling. That they will recycle for me, because they are nice. I said thanks many times.
Now I just need to get rid of this one last computer that is from the 90s. Computers that old are not computers in any useful sense any more even without the thing where I clearly got it replaced for reasons.
I found I can order one cushion in the nice fabric I was going to get a whole accent chair in. One cushion is more economical. But the delivery charge from that place is £39 so that... that needs some renegotiating. Possibly shopping around.
The chair I was aspiring to buy I have realised would get covered in pen when my brother visits. Because he does that. And then I would react poorly, because the chair would cost proper money.
Instead I have discovered Ikea sell cheap tub chairs with removable covers that are washable. Solution. One of those for sibling. Nice yet inexpensive recliner for me. Though I still have to chose a recliner, because when I thought I'd found just the thing it went and disappeared when I refreshed the page.
I have Done Things. Now I just have to cope with the thing where my brain will spend a few hours telling me ways I was stupid. :eyeroll:
