If I wanted to hire someone to build me a TARDIS for my DVDs, what kind of someone would I even be looking for?

I started out thinking the corner needs three Billy bookcases and some lighting, but obviously once you've got a little square that is 3 bookcases wide and tall, and a light on top, you have most of a TARDIS anyway.

no, more big than that. like an actual TARDIS, but the insides dedicated to shelving.
or slightly smaller than an actual TARDIS since it has to come apart and fit through the doorway when it is time to move it out.
