I know people have a perfect right to be in the hallway
I know they even have a right to be in the hallway at two in the morning
but them being in the hallway having conversations at two in the morning just makes me very very tense

I actually think having conversations ***in the hallway*** at two in the morning is inconsiderate of them, because it is a time when people are often trying to sleep. :(
