don't know how many minutes but it was 70 breaths before the don't even count them section and then some more time.
It is much harder without the bell bowl and the nice smell and someone doing the timings for you.
but the nice rug with the star performed correctly.
star in a circle is a good place for meditate.
maybe if I look up on youtube there will be a video with the bell.
also probably a lot of annoying people saying weird meditates, but you can't have everything.
