Legends is not great at character consistency

Amaya goes from telling off Ray for messing up a war by blowing her cover
to being all omg we must break our covers and ignore this war

and she goes from knocking out everyone or holding a knife to Mick's throat
to saying she's going to arrest the killer because she's not some vigilante

at best she's a massive hypocrite
with a practice preach divide a mile wide

... which is actually a workable character note...
