and now I'm like, what did I do to my arm?
then I remember like the whole lesson...
yeah, an hour of that explains this...
I'm currently vaguely wondering if I'll get back to sleep or try a painkiller.
I should probably lift my arms up more often if this happens from doing so one evening.
