beccaelizabethI went to science fiction group and talked for 2.5 hours.
many topics covered. including 'plug in now tv box and watch new things' as a suggestion. which was clearly the plan but oops.
they had no lemonade from the handle so I got an appletise instead. I am adaptable and mighty. ... I may have prepared this plan much earlier and practiced it in my head a lot. ordering things at the bar is Difficult every time, having to go off script unexpectedly would not work. but today worked and I am pleased.
We can have topics for the rest of the year so now I can think of like convention panel topics and suggest things. This year there will be Frankenstein and Blakes 7 evenings at some point but the rest of the year is empty, so anything I can think of is likely to be taken up. Of course it is also likely to just be the two of us and my support worker, but you never know. So I shall think of good talky things.
