I've been looking some more in the Pathfinder book and there's this illustration that just baffles me. It's the same lady as in the Sorcerer class section, and there she's wearing a few strips of red fabric in front, like a minimalist halterneck and a long wide ribbon hanging from her belt, but in back there's a bunch of fabric and you kind of figure it must start at her waist.

but no.

The illustration from behind shows she's wearing a thong, butt on near full display, and the ... I don't even know what to call it, skirt has more function than this, the weird wide bit of fabric? Is coming from between her legs.

I mean if you hadn't seen from in front you'd think an apron got blown through and if you hadn't seen from in back you'd figure it was the back of a backless dress, but with both views?

It's neither.

It's just... sprouting from her thong.

I know sorcerers have some freaky things going on but this I can't quite get my head around.

nearly naked lady is also on the cover but substantially less naked. Like she's just wearing a backless halterneck dress with side slits. but interior art has butts.
