and season 3 isn't on DVD until November

It's on amazon prime right now but i don't like amazon.
also it's 13 episodes so in two days I'd be in the same situation only with more episodes.
... the more episodes being the point.
wait is there a season 4?
there will be but it got saved by amazon prime and airdates are tbd on the wiki.
... story takes so much longer to make than to appreciate...
Okay, so, I really like The Expanse. It is the twisty thinky thing I was looking for when I picked it up. I like the characters, the gender balance is... improving, the women are great individually and lately get other women to talk to, it has all the good parts. Plus it simply looks great. Worldbuilding via set and costume is stellar.
Also, sometimes, it works out to be kind. Sometimes. Worlds where the storytelling only supports the grimmest version of human nature are just so distorted.
I do not know where it is going next but I'm sure I'll be interested to see it.
Also I'm back on my planning a space colony thing, only this time I'm thinking space station. Simple complex systems indeed...
So this is fun.
