I ate an entire salad and watched an entire episode of Doctor Who.
Productive day.

It's jarring going back to 9 at his most angry. It's reasonable, plausible, within range of his other days, but he spends so long getting away from it thst it's just... boom.

And Rose... I don't know, later Rose manages to piss me off, but here she's just a girl reaching out to the universe, so I remember I should be more charitable.

It's a really good episode. Setup for later and screaming payoff now.

I don't have much new to say.

I like Doctor Who.

Dalek is SUCH a good episode. I remember being blown away by it when I first saw it. The raw anger, the energy... shivers. Nine was my FIRST Doctor and Eccleston knocked my socks off. I pretty much became a Whovian by the time he gave that speech in Rose about being able to feel the earth turning.... more shivers (the best kind). I'm glad you're enjoying your rewatch. A productive day indeed. I may just have to drag out my DVDs now. :) Doo-weee--ooooo!
