beccaelizabethToday I turned the radiator back on for the season.
... might be early, I usually love September, but it is a very fine line between Lovely For Goths and, you know, freezing damp. Mists and mellow is good though.
It was Cleaner Day and things are indeed cleaner, so that was achieved.
And I listened to a Doctor Who audio, Colditz. It has been ages since I relistened the beginning ones, because I am still like years behind on new releases, but I made a playlist with all the 7 and Ace and I am liking it.
My ongoing epic daydream thought of a new way to fold together Characters Called Connor and make, like, maximum angst, which I probably won't keep for long but which was a shiny way to pass an afternoon.
It's mostly my get to sleep story but I keep telling myself if I keep throwing in new ingredients and stirring then eventually I will have New Story. As it is it remains perenially too close for original and too distant for fanfic. Just that blurry area where you'll recognise disparate plots from different shows but I dont see how to translate them any further without removing the interesting bit, yet they fold together into a super epic crossover that... well, is epic in length of time I've been daydreaming it and number of fandoms, but in plot? Is basically an everybody lives AU obtained by throwing solutions from another canon at them.
It's kind of like my plot cake remains made of ingredients only.
Not even half baked.
Ah well, it fills the time.
I'll probably go to sleep early tonight because my old phone woke me up at 0400 cheeping to be plugged in.
... I have a new phone for months now but I still havent let the old one run down.
... it could be useful somehow, You Never Know.
Actually given that the photos on the new one are puzzling me and I dont have a wire to copy them anywhere else yet, it is useful, a bit. I should just figure out the new thing better instead.

... I just checked wiki and wow is there a lot more canon(s) since I last checked DC...
