Useful things I have discovered by selecting pawns and drawing the battle map:
ten is a ridiculous number of people to have here at once, it's either one party where everyone has a cohort or two parties of very different levels depending how you look at it, and the game expects like 4 of you.

So by the time everyone gets into this next room they're pretty much going to discover the invisible stalkers
probably by bumping into them...
