beccaelizabethdreamed 10 and Rose, but 10 had tentacles. that was... you know, specialist.
but I woke up vaguely bothered because, while you can be pretty sure that 10 regenerating in someone's pyjamas wasn't half tentacles below the waist, and at any time his trousers certainly look humanoid, we also know his clothes are bigger on the inside. And he regenerated again. Who's to say he did't go tentacular?
... I say. I am not writing that one up in detail. Nope.
One of the other dreams informed me it was Teen Wolf but in the 50s, so the white kids hadn't met the black kids and everything was sexist. So the dream's main problem... actually I think there was a moose that was also a werewolf, which is very problem shaped. Like wiki says moose can be like 7ft tall at the shoulder, and this one also grinned and had all the wolf teeth, and that seems like a very large problem. Probably also for the moose though, those don't seem like compatible lifestyles.
ANYway
dream Lydia was a mathematician and needed to go to university, which meant needing to either change the world or be a man, and magic was going to be better at the latter. Now I'm awake I dont think the timeline works, but, the dream was very enthusiastic once the possibility arose. Used proper polymorph spells. Stiles was very into it.
... I do not watch Teen Wolf, I could pick very few characters out of a lineup, this dream is oddly cast.
Pretty though.
And now I'm kind of interested in how time travel or historical AUs would and wouldn't change the story on werewolf stories. I mean werewolf sexism and racism probably exists when they're human shaped, so the story changes when society does.
But the dream suggested wolves went looking for people to join the pack on the theory they're looking for pack souls that got reborn elsewhere this time. Like, they're not making wolves, they're finding them. You find grandpa reborn as a black guy this time, what do you do? ... probably depends on grandpa.
Other than that, lots of running around dreams, the usual lost in a hotel but there's a convention on oh hey wrong convention wrong room luggage lost argh, only this time with like bonus vampires and people trying to get blood samples from everyone, which was not an improvement. They were looking for blue bloods. It was a whole thing.
A whole exhausting thing.
None of these dreams had a plot worth working on and I slept too much in the warm again.
