Big Finish Klein

beccaelizabethI have listened to 3 Big Finish adventures with the 7th Doctor and Klein:
A Thousand Tiny Wings
Survival of the Fittest (including Klein's Story)
and The Architects of History
Klein is a remnant of a timeline created by time travel accident, one where the nazis won, and she believes her timeline to be the real one and the regular world the mistake. The Doctor tries to show her her error, on several levels, by travelling with her.
They're all good meaty adventures with thinky stuff that unpacks to be more thinky the more you think about it
but I am asleepy now so wouldnt do them justice to try and write them up right now.
They go interesting with the Time War stories because Klein is trying to do edit wars but understands too little and thinks too small.
Also the last adventure, the one with the Companion who by the end the Doctor doesn't even remember because timelines, that one managed to make you care a lot for a single story. They're not afraid to die but they are afraid to have never lived such a life as they had with their best friend... and that's exactly what happens. Big sad.
I might have more to say after I sleep but right now I can recommend these three.
