I have been doing pretty good at exercise so far this year.
I've been meeting the goals on my watch and the goals have been going up in a satisfying manner.
I have been doing dancing to the Kitchen Disco on BBC Sounds but I might run out of new ones if I keep that up.
And I have been doing walking, often on the spot in my living room but its a work out, and today I walked 2.69km, which I think is the longest if you dont count the time I was actually in a queue the whole time but kind of bouncing and swinging my arms so my watch counted it.
I think the iron pills were a very good repair, exercise seems to actually be working as intended now.
