Keeping tidy lists is better

Today I have been preparing a list of downloads the Big Finish website thinks I own
which is similar but potentially not identical to stories I purchased directly from Big Finish
and hopefully but not provably (without a list) the same as downloads I have in the relevant folder on my computer and backups.
It is not the same as the list I carefully maintained on LibraryThing of my CDs.
I catalog Big Finish when it arrives in the post, and files that are download only do not arrive in the post.
Also I bought discs in shops and at conventions and so forth.
So now I copied the complete Downloads list from my Big Finish account, after they rolled back to the old version of everyone's Big Finish account on the website, and I typed out the list of Purchases on my phone app, which I did when they had done the thing they needed to roll back which was when I realised I didnt have the documentation ready if they did lose any files. I can check these lists against each other when they're ready. And then I shall have a functioning list including Downloads, which I should probably add to LibraryThing anyway.
The problem with today's task is it is finite and achievable and a clear motivating goal and contains no natural stopping points. I just have to go from a messy copy paste to a tidy list, it's a lot of deleting but it's achievable, but making myself take maintenance breaks is... not my best good thing. So I have done a lot a lot a lot of just sitting here highlighting and deleting and thinking there ought to be a way to automate this but with the current state of the data and my skills the manual deleting is all I've got.
*big sigh*
Also while I was logged in I downloaded the most recent files, the ones that arent showing up in the app that is otherwise working but wont update the Purchase list.
The remaining troubleshooting steps for the app as suggested on the website involve uninstall reinstall and that sounds like so much downloading. So so much. And I want to get my list all tidy and annotated with Read recently or To Read, as well as double checking Downloaded Offline and a list of what is on CD.
Tidy and finite and achievable and so so many stories to list wtf...
... I have been doing the task all day and I keep on hitting save with the keyboard shortcut but I am on the create entries page...
I shall go eat.
