A sensible person would take breaks from this game.
... it is three in the morning and I have played Wrath of teh Righteous a Lot.

But the only thing left to do in the game is to win it, so.

I finished the Dance of Masks DLC. I would like my achievements for it, because I did them all on Core now, which was not simples. But it hasn't been giving me achievements. Which is a worry because if I win this on Core and it decides not to know that? I will be so very very deeply displeased. I will grump for ages.

But! The festival bit of the DLC was fun, and I liked how it was mostly dealing with the party having trauma, because theme. I also liked the happy bonus content when romancing Ulbrig. The game tokens that can be wheat or swords, and the game where you can choose to flip all your swords to wheat and he will too, good symbol stuff he says can be a whole conversation. And then making the game be new stars? Hopefully is a good omen, felt a bit like throwing out someone else's board game though, but glowy.

After that though there was the bit that is the reason I've never got around to trying for the secret ending: game month after month in Crusade Mode making your armies stand stillish. Defend until you reach the time you've been told about. So so tedious. But it turns out the biggest army they threw at me was a 12, and by the end I had 7 or 8 armies of at least 10, and 4 12s. Then I folded them all together for the last attack, not that you actually need to, but now I have one 18 and one 12. And a greater appreciation of the economics of trainable units vs mercs. You really need to make them trainable to get enough the same to make a big army. Mercs will always be too varied. I sent them for retraining a lot. Using the swordy button, Call to Arms I think, makes very satisfying numbers of whatever troops you aim it at though. Way to get signifiers a lot. ... I would not want to work with Hellknights for so many reasons, but their spellcasters just wipe the enemy out, if they get their turn and haven't been mind controlled. I did do a lot of restarting until I got the hang of a battle, but not for the last couple of months, since it was actually the same battles over and over so I knew how by then.

So I got the tedious bit all done and it took way longer than I imagined.

But the game is all saved and set ready to win next time I play.

... I should have a day off, but I have met me, and this seems unlikely.

I really like winning this game.
