Things I have learned through You Tube today - newbie musicians and school bands have done some terrible things to Ode to Joy.

The bit from Die Hard remains cool

but I wanted to make really loud classical music, and alas, no good version can I find.

But what kind are you looking for? #9 is...used a lot. There are so many other kinds. It dependson what mood you're looking for....Passionate? Delicate? Complex? Confusing?

I was following links around that led to finding out about Ode to Joy, and wanted listening to go with it. I like it from Die Hard, it sounds like winning, and also complicated.
