Time to play with the internet.
Am on skip = 500. May be some time.
I could have thoughts. I actually sat down to try and type a bit of con report. But that would require a brain.
I need to stay awake until the laundry is finished, to hang it up.
And also I have to make space on this computer before I can download Torchwood.
Missing Torchwood was the only ungood part of the weekend.
Decided there must be a Torchwood convention.
Tried to think what music would play at the parties.
Tubthumpin, of course (I get knocked down, I get up again)
and they played "I will survive" right after that on Sunday and I giggled.
Some music from actual episodes maybe.
And there needs to be a dance. I was thinking on this around three in the morning. A special dance, with appropriate gestures.
Which probably means the kind where you have to check the children are out the room before they start it.
Also there would be Jack's 'please' gesture, and the W (whatever). And... other stuff.
My major achievement of the weekend was finally getting the hang of the Doctor Who dance. Been going to conventions since 1998 and that one has eluded me. This weekend, dancing!
Is the turning around bit. I usually crunching into instead.
But this time, not crunching! Dancing! *triumphant hand gestures*
So I was thinking Torchwood needs a song and dance too.
And a convention.
With actor guests.
Dancing.
Yes, this is what I think of when I haven't had enough sleep. The conventions in my head are peopled with the most bizarre assortment of characters.
Can you imagine Captain Jack at a convention?
*big dreamy grin*
(in my head there is already Andrew and Oz at the convention. Except sometimes it isn't exactly Oz, but someone who dresses in pretty sparkly mesh and velvet and sequin stuff. Andrew would probably be a Jedi. And then the light fittings on the ceiling come alive and try to eat people, because, really, they look more than half way there already.)
(I need sleep. I know this. The washer machine is making lift off noises right now so shouldn't be too much longer.)
