Things I randomly found today that I had somehow failed to consider before: RAF Maternity wear.
Because women in uniform = uniform with room eventually.


Now I feel dumb but amused.

It's a good example of methodical military thinking. Well that, and decades of experience. Orders of Dress, the code for military dress, make an interesting read*: the attention to detail can be pretty extreme.



*okay, they do to me. Chalk it up as a holdover from my days in the Combined Cadet Force. :-)
