It's like saying 'there are two kinds of people' and then finding a way to say there are two kinds of people - like, those who divide people into two kinds and those who do not.
It is also said that there is only one plot (man in conflict) and I think saying poetry (or literature or movies) is all about love and death is the same sort of thing. Like a truism. There a little truth in it in that it's hard not to write things touching on love (and sex) or death (and life) in one way or another and these are popular topics. But... it doesn't really say anything useful to reduce it all that way. You could equally say "every poem is different" because that is just as true.
People can always find dualities if they look hard enough.
