Doctor Who Stones of Blood

Got to love the style of Doctor Who FX. There's a great big rock monster, sooooo... get a great big (polystyrene) rock.
Romana costume watch: Impractical shoes as plot point! Heh!
Orange pyjamas. And a flat cap. Well, it's a look.
Better - red swirly skirt, yaays! I could wear that. It just wouldn't feel like a costume.
Physics name dropping again - Einstein this time. Obviously the Doctor has talked to everyone famous ever.
Doctor: Not from Outer Space, from Inner Time. Huh.
"They say it's a theoretical absurdity. I've always wanted to be lost in one of those."
Silver body paint yaays!
And now there's a random half dressed man. Shirtless for no readily apparent reason. Watch me not complain.
Scary glowy rocks of doooooooom! Turning into skeletons! Wheee!
Doctor Who does the funnest stuff :-)
Words they can't read, in the hyperspace ship.
Little glowy light! Is it of doom? ... of course it's of doom.
Justice machines :-)
Who have to execute whoever lets them out? Very clever.
oooh, silver dress and body paint! And a sparkly head cloth! NICE! Costume: Vivien Fay.
... except the body paint would probably be less fun to actually wear.
Heh, snuggling up to Romana with the old the transporter beam is very small line. Smooth ;-)
How many times has the Doctor been on trial and/or sentenced to death?
LOL! The Doctor randomly has a little lawyer wig in his pocket!
Doctor uses 'Miss Dvoratrelundar' as Romana's formal mode of address.
He's probably being silly.
We get a bunch of interesting bits from the Key to Time stuff.
Doctor is 700+ and has been travelling for 500+ years
thinks 140 is young
and 140 is just graduated from the Academy (with a triple first)
the Doctor scraped a pass on the second try, with 51%
They spend a lot of time having Romana - representing Time Lord education - be very wrong.
Is fun.
Stones of Blood is fun too - no blowing things up, but being sneaky so someone has to tell truth to the law. And then she gets turned into a standing stone, which is sort of traditional. Cool.
if I keep watching them at current speed I will run out again relatively soon.
is annoying, that thing where it takes so much longer to make things than use them that things keep running out.
I could have food.
I, er, ate half a cake sort of absent mindedly while watching this though, so I'm not precisely hungry.
Should probably have some vegetable at some point though.
