beccaelizabethThanks to the dream I just woke up from, am now planning a zombie apocalypse RPG. The dream was in a big tall apartment building, but I think putting it in whichever building I get to play in would make it that teensy bit more relevant. Though I'm rather glad I didn't dream zombies in this building. And surprised - something noisy was happening out there, I would have expected that to translate into dreams.

just - way to learn you rway around campus!
or learn your way around the library - where would you look up 'zombie'?
I'm thinking the library at college and a much more interesting version of the orientation tour
scavenger hunt - win or get scavenged!

In the dream there was this hole in the basement leading to a kind of biiiiig long wooden slide and everyone went down it on carpets to the tune of 'magic carpet ride'. And my character was a Time Lord and kept getting bit and regenerating. He was not best pleased about that. He'd started off a first gen and kept going glowy and having to reintroduce himself to everyone. He'd actually agreed to be a human sacrifice as the price of getting let in to the underworld, which didn't bug him much because it's only 1/13 anyway, but he got them to agree it could be on the way out afterwards, because that way if he ran out of lives somewhere down there, well, he'd been sacrificed to the cause... sort of...
So they had like a base camp room where everything above had been cleared of zombies and everything below was still dangerous dungeon crawl territory. And they left a couple of people in there to keep it secure. And when a team came back they found the whole place painted PINK and everyone wearing pink and everyone gone to happy lalaland like a very cute cult. Because some threats are more insidious than others.
Back on the surface everyone got mail. Mine was a huge great stack of job applications. Which made me giggle, because down in the underworld we'd been kicking undead... body part, and up here I was going to employ someone to help me cross the road. Different skill levels for different challenges. *facepalm*
I'm actually quite cheerful now. Sure, I dreamed zombie apocalypse, but we was winning! This for me is a good night.
