Jul. 4th, 2008 04:43 amYou know the trouble with sleeping in is I still end up being awake 16 hours later, or a bit more now actually. And then I sleep 8 or 10 hours, and suddenly I'm nocturnal again. Which happens to me a lot.
Is no helpful.
I've heard the theory that what bodies really want is a nice regular schedule.
I have concluded that mine thinks it is on another planet. I could be quite regular somewhere with a couple extra hours a day.
