History is creepy

I'm watching a documentary on the Queens of England, the ones that at least very nearly ruled in their own right. It's kind of interesting, in that way that reading about backstabbing bastards in power can be. But it's giving me the creeps because it keeps talking about political marriage without mentioning certain words, the ones that make it sound like abuse. ( Read more... )
